By accessing the Site, booking a consultation, purchasing a product, or engaging any service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or enter into a binding agreement with Scarroz Studio Design.

1.3 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

2. Scope of Products and Services

2.1 Product Information
Scarroz Studio Design operates as a multidisciplinary creative studio offering:

• Design services (website design, event stationery design, packaging design)

• Consultation-based creative services

• Custom and made-to-order physical products

• Printed materials produced through third-party partners

• Digital design deliverables where applicable

Not all offerings result in a physical product.

3. Consultations and Service Engagement

3.1 Consultation Requirement

Many services begin with a paid or free consultation. Booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance.

3.2 Scope Confirmation

No design or production work begins until:

• Scope is defined

• Terms are agreed upon

• Required forms are submitted

• Applicable payments are received

3.3 Right to Decline Projects

Scarroz Studio Design reserves the right to decline any project that falls outside its scope, values, capacity, or feasibility, even after an initial consultation.

4. Custom Work and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information, content, and approvals

• Reviewing proofs carefully before confirmation

• Responding within agreed timelines

Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Scarroz Studio Design.

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Custom projects are quoted individually.

5.2 Payments

Projects may require staged payments. Production does not begin until required payments are received.

5.3 Non-Refundable Fees

Consultation fees, design fees, and custom work payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Digital Deliverables

For digital products or design-only services:

• Files are delivered electronically

• No shipping, return, or exchange applies

• Once delivered, the service is considered fulfilled

Scarroz Studio Design is not responsible for misuse, third-party printing errors, or modifications made after delivery.

7. Shipping and Physical Products

Physical products are governed by the Shipping Policy. Scarroz Studio Design is not liable for transit delays, damages, or losses once items are handed over to courier partners.

Custom and personalised products are not eligible for cancellation once production begins.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All refunds, cancellations, and eligibility are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Custom, personalised, and service-based work is generally non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All designs, concepts, content, and materials created by Scarroz Studio Design remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9.2 Usage Rights

Clients receive usage rights for approved deliverables. Redistribution, resale, or modification without consent is prohibited.

9.3 Portfolio Use

Scarroz Studio Design reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Site

• Attempt unauthorised access

• Copy or scrape content

• Submit false or misleading information

Violation may result in termination of access or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Services and content are provided “as is”

• Scarroz Studio Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, illness, supply chain disruptions, or third-party service failures.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
