This Shipping Policy applies to:

  • Ready-made physical products sold via the website

  • Custom-designed event stationery after production

  • Printed packaging and bulk orders produced through third-party partners

  • International shipments where applicable

This policy also clarifies exclusions and limitations for digital products and design-only services.

2. Order Types Not Covered by Shipping

The following are not covered under this Shipping Policy:

  • Digital products, digital downloads, or electronic files

  • Design-only services where no physical item is produced

  • Consultation services or strategy sessions

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping, transit risk, or courier liability.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes
3.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India using trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, or equivalent premium services.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days from dispatch

  • Express shipping may take 2 to 3 business days from dispatch where available

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier serviceability, and order type.

3.2 Custom and Made-to-Order Items

For custom event stationery, packaging, and bulk orders:

  • Shipping timelines begin only after production is completed

  • Production timelines are communicated separately and are not included in shipping duration

  • Custom orders may require additional time due to manual assembly, specialty finishes, or bulk quantities

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier service selected

  • Nature of the order, including bulk or fragile items

Final shipping costs are communicated before dispatch. Free shipping offers, if any, apply only to select retail orders and may exclude custom, bulk, or B2B projects unless explicitly stated.

5. Order Processing and Dispatch

Ready-made items are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom and bulk orders are dispatched only after:

  • Design approval

  • Completion of agreed payment milestones

  • Production completion

Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Scarroz Studio Design is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Additional costs incurred due to address changes or re-dispatch

7. Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided upon dispatch. Customers are encouraged to monitor delivery progress directly with the courier partner.

8. Transit Risk and Liability

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier:

  • Scarroz Studio Design is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit

  • Any transit-related issues must be addressed through the courier’s claims process

While we assist in coordinating claims where possible, final outcomes are subject to courier policies and coverage limits.

9. Insurance Recommendation

Customers are strongly encouraged to opt for shipping insurance, especially for:

  • Custom-made items

  • Bulk orders

  • Fragile or high-value products

Insurance costs, if applicable, are borne by the customer and must be requested before dispatch. Orders shipped without insurance are sent at the customer’s risk.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
10.1 Damaged Deliveries

If an order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and outer packaging

We will assist in raising a courier claim where applicable. Replacement or refunds are subject to courier claim approval.

10.2 Lost Shipments

In the event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to initiate an investigation. Resolution depends on courier confirmation and claim outcomes.

11. What Is Not Covered

Scarroz Studio Design is not responsible for:

  • Wear and tear after delivery

  • Damage caused by mishandling after receipt

  • Environmental damage such as moisture, heat, or storage conditions

  • Differences arising from handmade production or printing variations

  • Delays caused by customs, regulatory authorities, or force majeure events

12. Returns and Custom Orders

Return eligibility is governed by the Refund and Return Policy.

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed production defect.
